Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare in Bridgwater, England is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a gentleman with an acquired brain injury, delivering person-centred care and helping him live an active life both at home and in the community.

You will encourage independence, assist with daily routines, and build a trusting relationship while working with a dedicated team. A UK driving licence is required for all candidates.

Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care (JO-2607-4934) Bridgwater, England

Salary: GBP14 - GBP22 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join OneCall24 Healthcare in supporting a gentleman with an acquired brain injury to live an active and fulfilling life. This rewarding role involves delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and supporting him with his daily routines both at home and in the community.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants who will encourage his independence, support him to engage in the activities he enjoys, and help enhance his quality of life while building a positive and trusting relationship.

We are looking for carers with experience in (Preferred but not required)

• A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives.
• Confidence supporting clients in the community and promoting independence

Training Provided

• Tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Moving and handling

All candidates MUST be drivers (Full Uk drivers' license).
