The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking dedicated individuals for a Band 3 role in a rehabilitation unit. This position involves providing patient care, supporting independence, and working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Job summary
Cromwell house is a 10 bedded and Keith Winter house is 15 bedded, 24-hour Rehabilitation unit part of the Mental Health inpatient recovery services. We support patients with complex mental health difficulties predominantly psychosis. The service has a Recovery ethos and offers a holistic person-centred approach with a focus on promoting optimal social recovery, instilling hope for the future whilst supporting patients in developing coping strategies, empowering self-management of symptoms and an ability for increased independence. The job role will be split over both sites and will be required to work 3 days at Keith Winter house and 2 days at Cromwell house.
There is a part-time role working 23 hours per week and a full time post available.
This post requires working rotational shifts.
