We are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated healthcare assistant to join our friendly clinical team. We have flexibility in the hours required and will be recruiting between 22.5 and 37.5 hours per week (0.6 - 1.0 Full Time Equivalent). You will be a key part of our team delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals. The role will be varied and will include but not be limited to the following:
Although you will primarily be based in the surgery, you may occasionally be asked to visit a patient at home. Full training will be provided for any aspects of the role depending on your experience.

Our excellent PCN Living Well Team, including Social Prescribers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Care Coordinators, and Frailty Nurses, works alongside our volunteer Health Champions to build community resources, reduce isolation, and support vulnerable patients. We also benefit from access to a large Clinical Pharmacy team, First Contact Physiotherapists, and Mental Health Practitioners through North and South Gloucester Primary Care Network.
