Albany House Medical Centre is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and proactive Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly and patient-focused primary care team. Working under the supervision of the nursing team and GPs, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the delivery of clinical services, health promotion activities, and preventative care to our patient population. The Healthcare Assistant will contribute to ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and professional care while helping to maintain smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

The role combines Healthcare Assistant and Phlebotomy responsibilities, including carrying out routine clinical procedures, undertaking venepuncture clinics, assisting with patient health assessments, recording clinical observations, and supporting health promotion activities. The post holder will work closely with the Practice Nursing Team and GPs to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care, while contributing to the efficient running of clinical services.
