Spire Portsmouth Hospital is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join the surgical ward team. You will assist with patient care, monitoring and support, contributing to safe movement and reporting changes in patient condition.

You should bring prior HCA experience in a clinical setting, strong communication skills, and ideally an NVQ Level 3. The role involves flexible shifts and works across the week, including days and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HCA in a clinical environment.
• Experience in ECGs, blood pressure and patient observations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• NVQ Level 3 is advantageous.
