Practice Plus Group is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to support the ward team in delivering patient‑centred care. You’ll assist with clinical and non‑clinical duties to ensure comfort, dignity and independence for patients, contributing to smooth ward operations.

This bank role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to develop within a multidisciplinary team. Previous hospital ward experience is advantageous, with focus on compassionate patient care.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards further qualifications.
• Experience caring for others in a health, care or support setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
• A flexible and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high quality care.

About The Role

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant within our Ward team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high quality care and support to patients throughout their journey with us. About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the nursing team in the delivery of patient‑centred care across the ward environment. You'll assist with a wide range of clinical and non‑clinical duties, helping patients maintain their comfort, dignity and independence while contributing to the smooth running of the department.

This is a bank role, meaning you have the flexibility to pick up available shifts when it suits you.
