Qualifications

  • Experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting preferred.
  • Minimum of 6–12 months care experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.

  • Monitor and report on residents’ health and well-being to nursing staff.

Role Description

In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes. You will provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities
