Job summary

Ashley Gardens in Maidstone is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our nursing home team. You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, and help maintain accurate records.

We offer a welcoming environment with induction and training, a comprehensive benefits package, and progression opportunities within Healthcare Homes Academy. Shifts include 8pm-8am nights with alternate weekends; 33 hours per week at £13.10 per hour.

Qualifications

Care Assistant

£13.10 per hour

33 hrs per week -Night shifts 8pm - 8am (includes alternate weekends)

Bank day shifts 8am - 8pm

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
