Job summary

Charing House Care Home is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents according to their care plans, helping them maintain independence where possible.

You will promote privacy and dignity at all times and contribute to a warm, safe environment. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.

Contracted hours are 33 per week with alternative weekends; shift pattern 20:00–08:00. This role offers stability within a Kent-based provider with family origins.

  Charing Healthcare has been providing care since 1998. We are a proactive company with family origins and now have 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer.

  Contracted hours: 33Hrs, All contracts will include working alternative weekends. Shift times are 20.00pm - 08.00am

• Hourly rate of pay: £13.10 - £13.30 per hour
