Job summary
Dryland Surgery is a practice based in Kettering with easy access to central town, offering a professional, warm and friendly service to approx 11,500 patients.
As a HCA you will be working with a close-knit team of GPs, nurses and administrative and reception teams.
You will have access to free off-road parking.
Main duties of the jobWorking under the direct supervision of the Lead Practice Nurse and in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
About usWe have an established team of 3 partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 2 ANPs and 5 practice nurses, many of whom have worked at the practice for over 5 years, (most have been with us for over 10 years).
We are a mixed team of experienced, long standing staff and newly qualified members, we believe in supporting and developing all our staff to achieve what they want out of their career.

Assisting in the assessment and surveillance of patients health and well-being
Helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and how it can be promoted
Assisting with the collection and collation of data on needs related to health and well-being
