Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Administrator / Healthcare Assistant to join our team.

Ideally, you should have experience in a healthcare environment, as you will be required to meet and greet patients.

As a successful applicant, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Skills in organising filing systems and computer files
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both patient-facing and via telephone
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to multitask

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful, you must have good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong IT and administrative skills. A flexible, organised, and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
