Support Worker Opportunity at First Option Healthcare (PALMS services)

First Option Healthcare (PALMS services) is currently recruiting Support Workers experienced in working with children, adults, and older adults with complex and challenging behaviors, including those with mild, moderate, and severe learning disabilities.

This role offers a great opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their family homes. We are seeking experienced HCAs with backgrounds in working with adults with the following needs:

• Learning Disabilities
• Mental Health
• Challenging Behaviour

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working with mental health service users exhibiting challenging behaviors (Essential)
• 1 year PMVA/Breakaway training (Essential)
• Familiarity with Positive Behavioural Support plans (Desirable)
• Valid driver’s license
