You will join an inclusive and supportive team that provides care to individuals with a range of mental health conditions, utilizing your knowledge and skills to help them recover and lead fulfilling lives.
Your daily tasks may include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adjusting care plans, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which could involve assisting with personal hygiene.
This environment can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential. It is also hugely rewarding to see the progress of those you care for, knowing you have made a difference in their lives.
The shift pattern is 12.5 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Dunnock View is a 42-bed service providing treatment for men and women affected by trauma and mental health disorders.
We use a trauma-informed care model focused on ensuring individuals can transition as safely and quickly as possible to the most appropriate and least restrictive environment for them.
Service users may be suffering from acute mental illness, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, dual diagnosis, self-harm, or substance misuse issues.
