NurtureCare Caregiver Opportunities

NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.

Shift Details: 24 - 48 Hours - Fully Flexible Day and Night Shifts, Waking Nights.

We Are Looking For Staff Who Have:

• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 2/Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently unable to offer sponsorships for this position.

Clinical Care You Will Provide (full training provided):

• Chest management
• Moving and handling including the use of a hoist and slide sheets
• Aiding with morning and night routines including personal care, dressing, and washing
• Administering medication
• Assisting with eating and drinking

Additional Skills That Are Appreciated:

• Previous experience working in care
