Job summary

MCS Healthcare in Slough is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our community-focused team. You’ll be paid £17.00 per hour and work 12‑hour shifts across days and nights, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible zero-hour contracts.

You will administer medications, monitor health observations, and support individuals with complex needs in a caring, professional manner. We value experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care in the NHS

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• A Full UK driving licence is required.
• DBS checked via Update Service is required.
• Safeguarding Level 3 is required.
• Valid Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training is required.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for compassionate and capable Healthcare Assistants who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you've worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you'll feel right at home with us. We value nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who can confidently support individuals with a range of health and support needs.

To be successful, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• A Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
• A DBS registered on the Update Service
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
• Shifts: 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
• 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights
