If you're an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to join a specialist service, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of the Breast Care team at Spire Cardiff Hospital.
Working alongside Breast Care Nurses and Radiologists, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive a high standard of care within a safe, professional and welcoming environment. This is a varied position where your support will contribute directly to the smooth running of the service and the overall patient experience.
As a Health Care Assistant (HCA), you will support the Breast Care Nurses and Radiologists in delivering a safe, efficient and high-quality service to patients attending the department.
This is a varied role combining patient support, clinical preparation and departmental administration. You'll help maintain clinical rooms and equipment, manage stock levels, keep patient records up to date and support the smooth day-to-day running of the Breast Care service. Your role will help ensure patients receive care in a clean, organised and professional environment.
Breast Care is a specialist area where attention to detail, compassion and teamwork make a real difference to the patient experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Breast Care Nurses and Radiologists while developing your knowledge within a dedicated service.
