Job Opportunity

• Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor patients’ health and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers of patients.
• Help patients with daily activities, including eating, drinking, and engaging in therapeutic activities.
• Provide emotional and social support to patients, offering a friendly and reassuring presence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on patient care.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Assist in delivering care for patients with specific needs (e.g., elderly, disabled, or those with chronic illnesses).
• Support the delivery of medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
• A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures in a healthcare environment.
• A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
