Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd is seeking Care Assistants to support vulnerable clients in their own homes in Woolwich and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, build trusting relationships, and help improve quality of life while delivering compassionate, reliable support.

Multiple shifts available with full and part-time options. Training for Care Certificate and ongoing development are provided, plus an enhanced pay structure for bank holidays and a company-issued mobile phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or support roles is beneficial, but training will be provided.
• Able to work in clients' homes with empathy and professionalism.
• A commitment to safeguarding and respecting client dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (washing, toileting, dressing as needed).
• Perform light housekeeping and daily living tasks.
• Observe, monitor, and document well-being and care progress.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

• £14.80 per hour

• 2 weekly payroll
• Full time and Part time available!

Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 14:00pm/15:00pm

• 14:00pm/15:00pm - 22:00pm

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING!

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

Please note this is support worker role is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within client's own homes.

No experience necessary, as our care assistants is provided with excellent training in full.

Rate of Pay:
