Job summary

Responsibilities
- Assisting in development, implementation, and evaluation of effective systems within the unit and between units and groups.
- Acting as a link between the public, outside professionals and hospital departments for routine calls and enquiries.
- Making diary entries, room bookings and transport bookings as required.
- Maintaining confidential information regarding patients, staff and hospital business.
- Maintaining, evaluating and updating filing and record keeping systems.
- Providing clerical/typing duties with confidentiality of records.
