Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and external contacts.
• A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, including Right-To-Work documentation or visa sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service's administrative requirements at Aberbeeg, including onboarding, training coordination and leave processing.
• Liaise with new staff to verify compliance documents (DBS checks, ID, references, Right-To-Work).
• Maintain an organised office, ensure confidentiality, manage correspondence and answer calls.
• Keep spreadsheets updated and support general office operations.
