Job summary

Via Community Ltd invites applications for a Health & Wellbeing Nurse within the Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Cheshire West and Chester (Base Chester). The role supports clinical and treatment pathways including Buvidal clinics, detox services, BBV pathways, and wellbeing assessments for service users.

You will help maintain CQC compliance, work within the MDT, and contribute to safety and quality improvements, aiming to improve recovery outcomes across our community.
