This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.

We’re looking for a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join our Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Cheshire West and Chester (Base Northwich). The successful candidate will be supporting our clinical and treatment pathways, including Buvidal clinics, ambulatory alcohol detoxification, BBV pathways, and health and wellbeing assessments for all service users. You will contribute to the routine clinical checks and audits for the CQC registered service, and form part of the MDT.

Our nursing teams are key to ensuring the delivery of excellent services, maintaining professional standards and CQC compliance, ensuring service users have routine access to health and wellbeing assessments, and delivering key pathways for treatment and harm reduction, improving outcomes for the communities that we serve.

You won’t just be delivering clinical care – you’ll be supporting people to stabilise their health, regain confidence, and move toward a safer, more hopeful future.
