• The post holder will take responsibility for care management of clients with substance misuse and complex health needs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a clinical caseload of clients with substance misuse problems.
• Co-ordinate community-based detoxification programmes and care plans.
• Provide specialist advice and supervise junior staff within the team.
• Work in partnership with other agencies to develop and evaluate services.
