Job summary

SSE plc is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to help deliver the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Strategy across SSEN Transmission. You will develop campaigns, provide guidance to colleagues and managers, and coordinate health initiatives while working across multiple sites in Scotland.

You will drive metrics, support wellbeing training, and promote a proactive SHW culture in collaboration with internal and external partners. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is required.
Experience implementing ISO 45001/45003.
Strong leadership and change-influence skills.
Experience in advising and guiding people.
Ability to analyze data to identify risks and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate health and wellbeing activities and campaigns.
Develop and deliver health, wellbeing and resilience training programs.
Collate wellbeing statistics and performance metrics.
Promote a positive SHW culture with stakeholders across sites.
Travel across Scotland to support collaboration with partners.
