Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Childcare.
• Community experience desirable.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to children and young people within the Health Visiting team.
• Work under a Registered Practitioner to provide preventive care.
• Contribute to HCWP and social care frameworks for families.
