Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales seeks an admin/clerical support member for the Health Visiting teams. You will handle high‑level administrative tasks, manage patient information in systems like the Child Health System, and maintain case notes with confidentiality.
The role notes Welsh language desirability and welcomes Welsh and/or English speakers. It is part of a multidisciplinary health visiting service across North Wales.
To be an effective member of a multidisciplinary Health Visiting Team that promote the health and wellbeing of pre-school aged children in a designated caseload. To provide and organise a comprehensive high level, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative service to the Health Visiting Team and assist in the smooth running of the service. The post holder deals with highly sensitive and confidential issues relating to issues affecting the clients and their families.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Undertake clerical and word processing duties as directed by the team.

Provide and admin & clerical support to the Health Visiting teams within their allocated bases.
Correct and accurate use of patient information using the patient administration systems including the Child Health System.
To maintain case notes in good condition.
