t2 Group is seeking a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners pursuing apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings. You will coach, assess and help learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete their programme.

The role covers learners in Dartford and surrounding areas, combining remote delivery with planned workplace visits. You will manage your own diary to meet targets and ensure learner progress.

Formación

• Level 3+ qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care at Senior Carer level or above.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support learners with Functional Skills (Maths & English) where required.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment at all times.
