t2 Group are recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings. The role blends home-based delivery with planned workplace visits in Wembley and surrounding areas, offering a flexible hybrid arrangement.

You will coach, assess and review learners, helping them develop knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful progression, with focus on safeguarding and wellbeing, and support for Functional

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care (Senior Carer level or above).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support learners with Functional Skills (Maths & English) where required.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
