Job summary

t2 Group is recruiting a permanent assessor to support apprentices on health and social care programmes across workplace settings. The role involves coaching, assessing learners, and preparing them for End Point Assessment.

Delivery is largely remote with planned workplace visits; learners are supplied, so no sourcing is needed. Eligibility includes a Level 3 health and social care qualification, 2 years of senior carer experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or higher.
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience in adult health and social care at senior carer level or above.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews.
• Deliver teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely qualification achievement.
