t2 Group are recruiting a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings. You will support, coach and assess learners, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.

The role covers Bexleyheath and surrounding areas, combining remote delivery with planned workplace visits. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualificações

• Level 3 or above qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum 2 years' recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care (Senior Carer level or above).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support learners with Functional Skills (Maths & English) where required.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment at all times.
