Job summary

KBR is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join the central Integrator EHSSQ team supporting the Sellafield project portfolio in Cumbria.

You will coordinate health, safety and wellbeing arrangements across major projects and contractors, deliver learning reviews, audits, and assurance activities, and drive a unified safety culture on site.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, CMIOSH, and a proven track record in multi-contractor environments, with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant management discipline.
• CMIOSH accreditation.
• Experience in health, safety and/or wellbeing advisory roles within large, complex, multi-contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, assurance and compliance activities.
• Audits experience.
• Good IT skills: Microsoft Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Full driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the learning review process for PDD and related activities.
• Ensure aligned, coherent health, safety and wellbeing arrangements across major projects and contractors.
• Provide routine health and safety advisory activities and assurance-based work.
• Support day-to-day management of health, safety and wellbeing across the programme.
