The role drives a proactive safety culture across construction, civil engineering, and marine workstreams, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations. Acting as the central point for all health and safety matters, the position provides strategic guidance to senior leaders and project teams, embedding safety throughout all phases of delivery.
