Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification is essential.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent teaching/training qualification required.
• Proven experience in delivering health and safety training in an engineering or motorsport environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver health and safety training programmes.
• Conduct training needs analysis with operational and L&D teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance.

Skills

NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification

Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Proven experience delivering H&S training in an engineering environment

Excellent communication and facilitation skills
