Your role is to support the neighbourhood team to deliver excellent, cost-effective, and compliant service to our customers.

As a Neighbourhood Assistant, your typical day may involve:

  • Supporting Neighbourhood Managers
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient service
  • Assisting with heating and electrical servicing compliance, communication with customers and contractors
  • Invoicing and contract management for financial compliance
  • Supporting procurement processes for value for money
  • Managing office spaces and facilities
  • Handling communal access, key, and garage enquiries

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in software like Word and Excel
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle information securely and produce clear reports and correspondence
