We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our small team on a 12-month fixed-term basis in either our Leeds or Manchester office, where you will be responsible for providing customer due diligence (CDD) compliance support on client files.

Our Team

You will join a small, collaborative compliance team working closely with our Business Intake and Research Services teams, reporting directly to the Quality and Risk Manager based in Manchester.

Role Responsibilities
  • Review customer due diligence (CDD) on existing client files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations related to client engagement, conflict checking, anti-money laundering, and sanctions.
  • Perform compliance checks on legacy client files according to current processes and checklists.
  • Communicate with lawyers and team members via phone, Teams, and email to gather and update client information.
Candidate Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
  • Good proficiency in Math and English; further education is desirable.
  • Experience in professional services preferred; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel; experience with Aderant is a plus.
  • Awareness of compliance regulations, including the Solicitors' Code of Conduct, Money Laundering Regulations (2017), and Sanctions.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and communicate effectively at all levels.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
