Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. seeks a Health & Safety Manager in Lincoln to oversee daily safety compliance, lead the safety team, and supervise contractors in a busy leisure facility.

You will act as Duty Manager when needed, ensuring adherence to regulations, training, and a safe environment for Members and staff. A strong health & safety background in hospitality or fitness is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
• Relevant facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma).
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations applicable to leisure facilities.
• Experience leading a team and managing contractors in a service-led setting.
• Customer service oriented with a proactive safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day health & safety compliance across the club.
• Lead and train the safety team and supervise contractors.
• Act as Duty Manager when required to support operations.
