Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee daily health and safety operations across the club and ensure compliance with regulations. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking accountability for smooth operations and leading a team including self-employed contractors.

About you:

As Health and Safety Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience in managing a team in a service led facility(e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
• Passionate about customer service.
