Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Lincoln is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead day-to-day compliance and ensure the safety of both members and staff across a premium health and leisure facility.

As Duty Manager, you will oversee training, manage a team and self‑employed contractors, uphold IOSH/NEBOSH standards, and drive a culture of safety and exceptional service for guests. Internal training and development opportunities support your growth.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in managing a facility's maintenance and upkeep.
• Experience leading a service-led team (e.g., leisure or hospitality).

Responsibilities

About you

• As Health and Safety Manager , we are looking for someone who: Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience in managing a team in a service led facility\"(e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)\"
• Passionate about customer service.
