ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Health and Safety Manager to Glasgow. You will report to the Health & Safety Director and shape the H&S policy, strategy, and operating plan to achieve world-class performance across the business.

You’ll build relationships with leadership, implement the H&S management system, drive behavioural safety, and lead reporting with Power BI. You will guide a team of Health and Safety Consultants while collaborating with stakeholders and

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or comparable experience.
• NEBOSH General Certificate level or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of international safety standards and ISO 45001/45003.
• Understanding of the renewable industry value chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Director/Executive level stakeholders; provide expert H&S guidance.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the H&S management system.
• Drive safety reporting and data insights using Power BI and other tools.
• Manage improvement plans, budgets and H&S objectives; coach the team.
