Health, Safety & Fire Consultant

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to provide comprehensive Health, Safety, and Fire consultation services to a portfolio of education clients in the South of England.

In this role, you will be one of our regional subject matter experts, working closely with individual clients to provide expert knowledge, guidance, and solutions on all aspects of fire, health, and safety. This includes undertaking inspections, producing plans, fire risk and premises risk assessments, and conducting training sessions.

This is a home-based role with travel across the South of England. You will be required to frequently travel to a network of clients, so a full, clean driver's license and access to your own vehicle are necessary.

Person Specification

• Must be a member of IOSH at a minimum of Grad/Cert IOSH level.
• Experience in a similar health & safety environment, working with various stakeholders.
• Hold a Fire Risk Assessment qualification or be working towards it.
• Previous experience designing and/or conducting H&S training sessions.
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise with clients both in writing and verbally.
