Working in partnership with RHG Consult, we are offering a 2-year apprenticeship program where you will achieve a Safety, Health & Environment Technician Level 3 qualification. You will gain skills to the highest level following an established apprenticeship program as you journey towards becoming a Health & Safety Advisor.
And when you successfully complete your program, we will support you to develop your skills further.
During your apprenticeship, you will be working on site for 5 days per week alongside experienced team members who will support and mentor you, building capability and problem-solving techniques to confidently evaluate and implement solutions.
You will study online with our provider RHG Consult, spending one day per week working towards achieving your qualification. This could include attending virtual classroom lessons or workshops, having 1:1 meetings with your tutor, completing online resources, conducting research, or working on evidence for your portfolio. You will also meet regularly with your coach and line manager to ensure you are progressing as expected. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship, an IOSH Approved Level 4 Accident Investigation Course, and will be eligible to join IOSH at TechIOSH level and IEMA at Affiliate level.
