Job summary

Müller is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor for the Severnside Dairy site in Gloucestershire. This full-time permanent role involves hands-on HSE duties to build a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the site.

You’ll support compliance, deliver inductions, and coordinate programs while deputising for the HSE Manager when required. A proactive communicator with training experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience of HSE auditing.
• Confident communicator who can influence and engage.
• Comfortable delivering training and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SHE systems such as SharePoint and EcoOnline.

Responsibilities

• Supporting compliance with HSE legislation and Müller policies.
• Carrying out risk assessments and legal audits.
• Investigating incidents and closing out actions and non-conformances.
• Delivering HSE inductions and training.
• Championing behavioural safety and colleague engagement.
• Coordinating HSE programmes and tracking performance data.
• Supporting external audits and regulatory visits.
• Administering HSE systems, internal audits and health surveillance schedules.
