Phoenix Health & Safety, part of Wilmington plc, seeks an H&S Technical Content Developer to shape the future of our learning products. You will translate legislation into engaging content across courses and qualifications, collaborating with product specialists, trainers and digital teams.

You will research, write and review resources, ensuring accuracy, alignment with standards, and clear, plain-English language for diverse learners. Hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience creating structured learning content and assessments.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and digital content tools.
• Excellent written communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Research, write and review learning content across formats.
• Translate complex health & safety information into engaging resources.
• Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across products.
• Collaborate with trainers, designers and teams to enhance materials.
• Quality assure content to meet design and plain-English standards.
• Keep content aligned with current legislation and syllabus requirements.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge through ongoing development.
