KNAPP UK is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to partner with the H&S Manager to uphold the highest standards of safety across KNAPP UK operations. You will work proactively with managers and clients to establish and maintain an effective health and safety management system that promotes safe working practices.

Qualifikationen

• Formal qualification in Health and Safety at Work.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Graduate IOSH/Tech IOSH status and working towards Chartered status is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Ensure KNAPP UK meets statutory health and safety obligations.
• Provide specialist advice, coaching and practical support to managers.
• Identify training needs and develop Health and Safety training as required.
• Implement Health and Safety systems and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Carry out routine site inspections and audits across the organisation.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
• Coordinate safety across offices, sites and installations with site management.
• Engage with all levels to promote H&S responsibilities.
