Keystone Group in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive Health & Safety Officer to join our SHEQ team, promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace while supporting compliance across safety, health, environment and quality. You will maintain SHEQ systems, coordinate training, manage records, undertake audits, and report trends to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Health and Safety environment.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
• Strong IT and data handling skills; confident with reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient SHEQ administrative support, including data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
• Promote a safety‑first culture by encouraging safe working practices and safety awareness campaigns.
• Develop, implement, and communicate SHEQ policies in line with legislation.
• Coordinate SHEQ training programmes with external providers and staff.
• Maintain accurate SHEQ records, training logs, inspections, and investigations.
• Support Quality Management Systems improvements across group companies.
• Assist with accident and incident investigations and reporting.
• Coordinate specialist inspections, audits, and meetings as required.
• Act as a user and trainer for the EcoOnline system.
