Principal People Recruitment is seeking an autonomous Health & Safety Advisor to manage a varied portfolio of construction and civil engineering projects across the North West, with occasional travel into Yorkshire. The role emphasizes practical safety leadership, coaching and collaboration with site teams.

You will hold NEBOSH General or Construction certification and have a solid understanding of CDM Regulations.

Qualificações

• Experience in construction or civil engineering environments.
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate; strong CDM knowledge.
• Proactive, approachable and able to work independently.
• Ability to build strong relationships and promote safe practices.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake site inspections and audits across construction and civil engineering projects.
• Provide practical Health & Safety advice and guidance to operational teams.
• Work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors to promote safe working practices.
• Support improvements through coaching, engagement and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Cover projects predominantly across the North West, with occasional travel into Yorkshire.
