Principal People Recruitment is seeking an autonomous Health & Safety Advisor for a leading Construction and Infrastructure Group operating across the North West. You will manage your own diary and work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from major buildings to highways and bridges, with project values up to GBP50m.

You'll conduct site inspections, provide practical safety guidance, and collaborate with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors to promote safe practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or civil engineering environments.
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate required.
• Able to work independently and build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Undertake site inspections and audits across projects.
• Provide practical Health & Safety guidance to on-site teams.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors to promote safe practices.
• Coach teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Travel across the North West with occasional travel to Yorkshire.
