Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for a respected construction contractor serving East Anglia. The role offers autonomy, site-based work across diverse projects and a strong emphasis on coaching teams.

You will review RAMS, conduct site inspections, and drive a positive safety culture with a trusted team. NEBOSH qualified candidates with construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification required.
• Experience within the Construction industry.
• Site-based background transitioning into a dedicated safety role considered.

Responsibilities

• Providing practical Health & Safety advice across live construction projects.
• Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations; identify risks and improvements.
• Reviewing RAMS and safe systems of work; ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with Site Managers and subcontractors to maintain safe practices.
• Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Delivering toolbox talks and promoting a positive health & safety culture.
