Job summary

You will collate health and safety data, assist with room audits, and manage administrative tasks to ensure continuity of service across the campus facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Health and Safety Consultants with room audits for compliance and risk assessments.
• Follow up audit actions with managers and coordinate with H&S consultants.
• Collate monthly Health and Safety data, including accidents and near misses, for reporting.
• Provide a full admin service to the Facilities Department and maintain systems and notices.
• Assist with recording and approving trips for students in coordination with H&S consultants.
