Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Casual Health & Safety Administrator to support the Health & Safety and Compliance team at Celtic Manor Resort, Newport. You will coordinate documentation, support audits, and help maintain safe and compliant operations across our hospitality collection.

The role offers flexible hours on a casual contract, with an hourly rate of £12.71. Ideal candidates will have previous administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordinator role.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety and Compliance team.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and maintain contractor documentation, permits and compliance records.
• Support the tracking and electronic filing of health and safety documentation, audits and reports.
• Update departmental trackers, dashboards and databases, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and contractors regarding projects, works and compliance requirements.
• Assist with processing orders, invoices and associated documentation.
• Support the organisation of audits, projects and tender processes where required.
• Help promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the Collection.
